ORDERS

You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can’t find it, send us an email to @texchur.com and we’ll send you a copy.

Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. So, regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed as we process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. If a change is necessary please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.

Important: Please mention your order ID.

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. In case an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

In case of an unlikely inconsistency between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount or any other reason you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Texchur.

If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.

Please email us at @texchur.com and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to return. We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our products better).

We are unable to accept returns for products that has been damaged via dry-cleaning, faulty care, accidents, etc.

For gear that has been damaged as a sign of manufacturing defect or any other reason, though very rare. If this happens to your gear, please email us at @texchur.com with the following information:

Your first and last name used to order

Your order number for the damaged gear

Description of the damage

Photo(s) of the damage

If this happens, we can help with either getting a replacement item or repairing the damaged item.

You’re more than welcome to try on the gear at home and decide if you like the gear, if not, then the gear is still returnable.

We typically cannot take back merchandise that has been used. Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. If you have any questions, please email us at @texchur.com.

SHIPPING

From our US online store, we currently ship to the US only.

Standard shipping: within 2 to 5 business days depending on the city of destination.

Express shipping: within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note, due to an increase in order volume for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, orders may take 3-5 days to ship.

Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours (excluding preorder/presale items). Our fulfillment center is open 9am – 4pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed any time after 11am EST will usually be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.

We offer free shipping in the US on orders over $40. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

PRODUCTS

Our socks are manufactured using premium quality combed cotton. By combing the cotton, the short and breakable cotton fibers are removed leaving only the finest and strongest yarns. We also use a small percentage of Lycra and Nylon to provide elasticity and resistance.

We recommend washing your socks with cold water and no bleach to preserve colors and maintain size & shape.

They will last longer if you keep them out of the dryer.

Colors will stay truer if you wash your socks inside-out.

Avoid bleaching or ironing your socks. Avoid tumble drying.

We pay close attention to the production of our collections and only uses the best materials and the designs. Our thorough care for detail lets Texchur to maintain and constantly develop the product quality. The life span of the products varies depending on the care and handling. Make sure you check our care instructions before use.
